CROSSFIT

Our daily workout classes, posted in advance on our website. The CrossFit WOD involves combinations of different elements, depending on what the focus of the workout is. Some Wod’s may be more strength focused and involve weightlifting, others may be more skill-intensive, or conditioning oriented. Many of the metabolic conditioning workouts will feature a prescribed (Rx’d) weight to use for one or more components of the workout; while prescribed weights are listed as benchmarks, the weight listed for any workout can ALWAYS be scaled to what is appropriate for each individual.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Open to all skill levels and all ages. This program will focus on the technical aspects of complex Olympic weightlifting movements. The goal is to provide foundational knowledge for novice lifters and to critique experienced lifters at the most detailed levels. There will be an emphasis on Snatch, Clean and Jerk and lifting etiquette.

FOUNDATIONS CLASS

Our Foundation Class is an ongoing beginner level class which focuses on technique drills for the main CrossFit movements (ie. Squats, Shoulder presses, Deadlifts, Oly lifts), as well as instruction on many CrossFit skills (ie. pull-ups, kettlebell swings,etc) that are found in CrossFit workouts on a regular basis. This class helps you learn basic CrossFit movements, emphasizing proper form and body mechanics with a goal of improving movement as well as overall physical conditioning.

OPEN GYM

Open gym is open to all members and can be used to perform any of the recent workouts or programming of your own. This is a coached class and instruction and structure is provided.
